4.7: Learning Activities Section

Activities are opportunities created to influence and/or measure defined student behavior. Learning Resources are used in Learning Activities to achieve Learning Outcomes.

The Syllabus tool provides preformatted sections for the following learning activities:

  • Readings
  • Videos
  • Labs
  • Discussions
  • Assignments
  • Quizzes
  • Exams

To add a learning activity

  1. On the Syllabus tools menu, click Activities.
  2. On the Activities panel, select the check box next to an activity to add it to the syllabus.
  3. In the Learning Activities sections, type information about the learning activities for this course.
  4. Click Update Syllabus.
